SRIBS Group engaged in discussions with the Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Shanghai.
On September 30th, Zhang Qiang, the Marketing Director of SRIBS Group and Executive Director of the SRIBS Engineering Consulting Company, led a delegation to visit the Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). The Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Shanghai was specially invited to participate in this event. The meeting was attended by Zhou Minhao, President of the Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Li Jie, Director of the International Liaison Department, Chen Hong, Director of the Trade and Investment Promotion Department, as well as Ubaydullaev Kutbitdin, Deputy Consul General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Shanghai, and Rahmanov Khamidjon, Consul.
Zhou Minhao welcomed the visit of the SRIBS Group delegation and emphasized that the Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) is willing to fully leverage its platform advantages. Focusing on the national economic diplomacy strategy and the overall work plan of Shanghai, CCPIT aims to actively guide industries, enterprises, and businesses to "go global." It will provide support and services to Shanghai-based companies with overseas service capabilities in areas such as international liaison, compliance guidance, legal arbitration, and economic and trade exchanges. As Uzbekistan is a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), Zhou expressed hope that the matchmaking activities organized by CCPIT will yield positive results.
Zhang Qiang expressed gratitude for the warm reception from CCPIT and provided an overview of SRIBS Group's business operations and overall strategy for overseas expansion. He emphasized the group's intention to actively expand its international business by aligning with the "go global" strategy. Building on the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Uzbekistan in the new era, SRIBS is eager to leverage its expertise in the construction sector to develop business in Uzbekistan, fostering mutual empowerment between both parties.
Mr. Ubaydullaev Kutbitdin emphasized that Uzbekistan values its cooperation with Shanghai. He noted the close exchanges between the heads of state of China and Uzbekistan, with China being a key trade partner for Uzbekistan. There are numerous opportunities for collaboration between the two countries in sectors such as energy, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing, urban construction, and infrastructure. He warmly welcomed and looked forward to SRIBS Group expanding its presence in Uzbekistan.
